Introduction:
Talent-Relay has partnered with an internationally operating B2B FinTech company that offers a modern, data-driven platform for business valuations. Their solution helps financial service providers and valuation professionals conduct analyses more efficiently and in a structured manner.
Key Responsibilities:
As an experienced Sales Development Representative for the DACH region, you will strengthen the client’s international team and generate revenue independently.
- You will conduct targeted research on potential customers, particularly in the areas of M&A, tax advisory, private equity, and banking.
- You will identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- You will qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team – with a focus on companies in the financial services sector.
- You will maintain our CRM database accurately, entering all relevant lead and prospect information.
- You will track your own KPIs and actively contribute to achieving team goals.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment
- Interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong cold calling abilities and well-developed organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Fluent in German and English
- And most importantly: high motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
