Introduction:

Talent-Relay has partnered with an internationally operating B2B FinTech company that offers a modern, data-driven platform for business valuations. Their solution helps financial service providers and valuation professionals conduct analyses more efficiently and in a structured manner.



Key Responsibilities:

As an experienced Account Executive for the DACH region, you will strengthen the client’s international team and generate revenue independently.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from research and qualification to scheduling meetings (via phone, email, and LinkedIn), conducting demos, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Present the platform to potential clients and showcase its value tailored to their specific needs.
  • Target decision-makers in the financial industry, such as tax advisory firms, auditing companies, corporate finance teams, M&A, private equity/venture capital, hedge funds, family offices, and banks.
  • Actively contribute to and continuously optimize the sales strategy for your target market.
  • After a successful onboarding period (approx. 3–6 months): Take over responsibility to support lead generation and demo scheduling in your market.


Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Proven success in closing new business in the B2B SaaS space – ideally in FinTech or a related sector.

  • Strong commercial instincts – you spot opportunities, navigate purchase processes confidently, and create urgency.
  • Confident in dealing with senior-level decision-makers, particularly in the financial sector, where trust and credibility are key. (Experience selling to tax advisors, auditors, corporate finance teams, or banks is a big plus.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you take ownership, seek feedback, and set ambitious goals for yourself.
  • Team player – while you work independently, you value close collaboration with Sales teams, marketing, and customer success to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English – you tailor your approach to your audience and persuade with clear arguments.
